Who is Anne De Silva?
Born and raised in Singapore several years after it gained its independence, Anne De Silva grew alongside the development of its progressing education system that has now blossomed into one of the world's best. As such, education has been integral to Anne's advancement to the exquisite teacher she is today.
Aside from teaching, Anne De Silva has a diverse array of passions. She loves reading books and has a mini library of her own. Her love for reading since she was young also led to her becoming and avid writer. An author of several children's books, poetry and magazine articles, Anne has proved to be a multi-talented individual.
Anne's Creative Writing officially began with a simple round dining table in a tiny house on a hill in 2000. Today her classes have expanded to not only up to 60 physical students a day in her home, but online classes as well. Anne's incredible knack for flexibility, compassion, communication and nurturing has enabled her to mould thousands of minds.
